🫧 Why not?
So Whats vs What Ifs vs Why Nots
🤷
Whenever I think about this phrase, “SO WHAT?” I picture myself being bratty and petty 🤭 I guess it’s because I’ve only seen this used by others who deal with life’s provocation and challenges in very different (immature) ways than I would that I really can’t redefine this phrase for myself. 🙃 I still like it and appreciate its usage in many diverse ways but it just never really resonated with me in shifting the inner narratives in my journey.
🤔
Reverse WHAT IF’S didn’t work for me either e.g. What if I fail? —> What if I succeed? Too many possibilities, probabilities, and I don’t have the Gift of Foreseeing the Future (CC: YOUnique Research's purposepaper readings) ☺️ After years of experimenting with the mechanics of how my energetics are wired, I’m simply configured to live in the present moment and look back on the past, not towards the future!
😎
Imperative impermanence as a process, a concept, a philosophy, came into my awareness last year and it still surrounds my life. Then, today something clicked in: WHY NOT?
What if I fail?
WHY NOT?
What if things go wrong?
WHY NOT?
Heck, what if I die?
WHY NOT?
✨
So maybe it feels rather optimistic but I'm also impressed that it correlates to the substructure of my Human Design variables: Hope motivation. (and probably some other parts 🙂)
Why Nots feel most supportive and expansive and hopeful and light for me, at least in this season of Life. I've been simmering in the energy of The Fool in Soul Tarot which nicely coincides with a blog series I've been privately working on for the past two year, that ends with The World. So to myself, 'I' say, "Leap!"
"Thanks to impermanence, everything is possible. Life itself is possible. If a grain of corn is not impermanent, it can never be transformed into a stalk of corn. If the stalk were not impermanent, it could never provide us with the ear of corn we eat." – Thich Nhat Hanh
Tis’ the season for one great big Perhaps — oh to be adventuring again! ❤️🔥😎😌🥹🤘
